Who runs the list
Nein Pines LLC (Nein Pines Research) runs the Technodemo email list. Technodemo is co-hosted by Apep Systems and Waco Tactical Fitness.
What we store
When you join from npines.io/technodemo, we store:
- your email address;
- the callsign you typed, if any;
- the start times you picked, if any;
- which of the page's two sign-up forms you used;
- the date you signed up and the date you last updated your details;
- our record of whether your address reached our email provider.
How it is used
We use your email address to send you Technodemo email: the date, the venue, and other news about the event. Your callsign and start times help us plan the event. We do not use them for anything else.
Who can see it
Nein Pines Research and our co-hosts, Apep Systems and Waco Tactical Fitness, may review the list. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the sign-up records; like any host, it keeps standard server logs.
- Resend stores your email address, callsign and start times as a contact on the list, and delivers list email and handles unsubscribes.
Each of these companies processes your data under its own privacy policy.
On the Technodemo page
The callsign you type is also kept in your browser's local storage, on your device, so the page remembers it. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives a standard web request from your browser.
Leaving the list
Every Technodemo email has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops the emails. To have your sign-up record deleted as well, or to rejoin after unsubscribing, email [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep your record until you ask us to delete it or we close the list.
